After the success of his cookery demonstrations at the 2007 Home & Garden Show Simon Rimmer is back this year to whip up a selection of his most popular recipes in our Celebrity Kitchen. Simon Rimmer's career as a chef began back in 1990 when he took over vegetarian restaurant Greens in Manchester armed only with two cookery books and no idea how to cook. Two years later, The Guardian had described Greens as one of the most exciting new restaurants in the UK and several prestigious awards followed. Simon made the transition into television hosting shows such as Livetime and Battle of the Chefs and has since gone on to make guest appearances on popular programmes such as Great British Menu as well as hosting Great Food Live and Something for the Weekend. His third book Lazy Brunch will go on sale this spring. |
